While cookies taste great whether you're at home or on the go, to create the ultimate CRUMBD experience...
Heat cookies up in the microwave for 10 second intervals until you've reached you're desired temperature.
They do not need to be hot.
Best flavours to warm up:
- Brown Butter Choc Chip
- Choc Chip Banana Bread
- Funfetti Fruit Loop
- Red Velvet
- Nutella Choc Brownie
- Maple Glazed Apple Fritter
To top it off, these pair incredibly with a glass of milk or served with icecream!
Please do not reheat cookies twice.
IMPORTANT: Our cookies are freshly made and not intended for long-term pantry storage or casual snacking weeks later. They’re best enjoyed fresh — just the way we intended!
- Store your cookies in an airtight container or sealed bag at room temperature.
- Do not refrigerate, as this will dry them out unless you’re consuming them very soon after.
- Our cookies contain no preservatives, so while they may still taste good after a while, we recommend consuming them within 10–12 days for the best texture and flavour.
Please refer to the Best Before date on your packaging for guidance.
If they have for some reason become a little dry, briefly microwave for 10secs and theyll bounce straight back!

- All orders over $75 may be paid in full or with a 50% non-refundable deposit upon ordering with the remaining balance to be paid 72hrs before pickup.

We take every care to ensure your order leaves us in perfect condition — never broken or damaged. From the moment your order is in your hands, full responsibility lies with the customer.

Cancellations within 24hrs of order pick up will not be refunded.
For orders over $75 will not be refunded for cancellations within 72hours of order pickup.
